Hilton Garden Inn Guatemala City

Great location, staff and building. Only challenges were that the king rooms face the street and there’s a club/restaurant with loud music. The indies do cut out the sound but not all. The other issue was how treacherous it was to take a shower. The shower floors are extremely slippery. My young son fell twice and I had a slip up. They need to put some anti-slip mats because it’s quite dangerous taking a shower. Otherwise, we quite enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable, my flights were cancelled and it was the closest booking. Staff were friendly, it’s safe to walk around. Easy to walk to restaurants. Nice park nearby for running.

Breakfast was good, and service was outstanding All the people working at the hotel was super friendly and willing to assist in any way

The entrance of the hotel is rather unorthodox since it's on the side of the building however, inside, everything was clean, staff was super cordial, high quality everything. Great experience, will definitively repeat my stay soon.
